- **Weather & Safety**: The captain reserves the right to alter the route or cancel the trip for safety reasons due to severe weather, sea conditions, or other hazards. If the trip is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- **Cancellation Policy**:
- 30+ days before departure: 100% refund
- 7–29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund, but rescheduling is available if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- **Late Arrival / No-Show**: Charter time begins at the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals will reduce your trip duration accordingly, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed bookings.
- **On Board Rules**:
- All guests must follow the captain’s instructions at all times.
- No smoking inside the cabin; designated outdoor areas are available.
- No illegal substances are permitted on board.
- No glassware on the flybridge or swim platform for safety reasons.
- The captain may refuse service or end the trip early if guests are disruptive or non-compliant, with no refund provided.
- **Damage & Cleaning**: Guests shall be liable for any damage to the vessel caused by improper use or negligence. Standard cleaning is included in the rental fee. An additional cleaning fee of CAD $200 will be charged for on-board dining, which is waived if you book our catering service. If the vessel is returned excessively dirty with stains, rubbish or party leftovers, an extra cleaning fee of CAD $150 to $400 will apply.
